Melissa Williams-Brown a 49 year old Adelaide woman, is a self-proclaimed "cyber-safety awareness advocate” with a Cert IV in Cybersecurity from TAFE SA and an AGVSA security clearance.


The bizarre video was posted to Melissa's Twitter (@melbrown2018) and Instagram (@melissabrowninoz) but deleted the next day for violating community standards.
